Wishing
Rock Farm was opened in 1999 by Donald Lombardo, a horseman who
loved the sport and cared deeply about horses.
Donald was an honest, hard-working man, with a wealth of
knowledge who put the needs of his animals first.
Nothing meant more to him than having a place where people
could enjoy their horses in a clean, safe and healthy environment.
Since Donald’s passing in 2012, his passion for horses
lives on every day at Wishing Rock Farm.
His humor, his selflessness and his skill are greatly
missed; however, the qualities carry on with the group that
continues to operate the farm in the manner that Donald wanted.
Being
a family of horse owners, and having boarded at other barns before
opening Wishing Rock, we wanted to take the best from these
facilities and create a place, which offers these amenities at a
reasonable cost.
We
have developed a facility where horse and rider are able to
fulfill their personal goals, at whatever level and pace they
desire. We offer
exceptional boarding amenities, personalized lesson programs, and
much more. The care we offer for the horses is exceptional
including great hay and constant attention.
Our
strong belief in quality horse care and our genuine approach to
the equestrian business ensure the honest value we have created
for you. Our facility
is comfortable for both horse and rider.
It is spacious and scenic, and it merges multiple levels
and disciplines of horsemanship.
Our
energetic and successful show team has the ability to inspire a
child or adult to find their own level of greatness and enjoyment.
Please
call and schedule a visit to Wishing Rock Farm.
