Margie Amster Herr is the founder and director of the Equi-Myo Seminar Program. She has pioneered the development of myotherapy - which includes the relief of pain using trigger points and the stretching of muscles - for horses, riders and dogs. She has taught her techniques to to veterinarians, farriers, health care practitioners, trainers, and owners.

Margie Amster Herr was interviewed for National Public Radio News and Connecticut Public Television demonstrating her work with horses.
